When your boat has a major project that costs significant time and money you need someone with the knowledge and experience to be sure everything gets done right, and on schedule. Someone who has your interests as their primary job.

 

As your representative, we make sure that the job is done right, and on schedule.  You wouldn't go to court without a good lawyer, don't go the the boat yard without a good project manager.

Almost every major boat project comes with surprises, the extra work that wasn't forecast or expected.  How can you be sure that the change in scope is really needed?

We work with you to define the scope of our work to match your needs.  Do you need a full time on site pair of eyes and hands?  Maybe a once a week drive by and inspection of progress?  Maybe something in between?
